0. Goodie Bags for the Flight Attendants

A friend I met in Maldives is a flight attendant and she told me how she gives goodie bags to the flight attendants on long flights. She puts in things like facial masks from the dollar store, treats, and other stuff (it was a few years ago so I don't remember everything). Since I'm doing several flights this semester it seemed worthwhile to put the effort in to making these up so I googled what to put in them and came of with a good assortment that I could get from Costco/Amazon within a couple days:

A lotion/lip balm combo with little mesh gift bags that was only $57 for 100 (you get what you pay for as the lotion was kinda meh and the lip balms were mostly fruity which is good for kids but not so much for adults...will not do those in the future), facial masks with good Amazon ratings, under eye soothing patches also with good reviews, single wet wipe, click pen from Bic, Vinacafe instant 3-in-1 coffee (surprisingly good Vietnamese coffee with cream and sugar), Ghirardelli chocolate square, Emergen-C packet, tiny colorful emery board. The overseas flights should have about 12 flight attendants each and you just put the items into ziploc sandwich bags and then put the 12 bags into a larger bag and give them to the people greeting you as you board. The downside is that with all the stuff I put in they more than fill a gallon ziploc and they weigh a few pounds per 12, two of which I will need to cart around until my return flights. However, I think it will be fun to acknowledge the work they do on flights since they don't always get feedback on how much we all appreciate them.ff99cfa0-cc8d-11ef-b97c-5dbe8c8ed9b4.jpg
